The FBHC has been involved in supporting the Bustamante Hospital for Children in many different ways.

Construction of the first intensive care unit

Purchase and installation of a standby generator

Re-roofing of various areas of the Hospital after hurricane Gilbert

Refurbishing and outfitting of a Nurses Lounge

Refurbishing and outfitting of a Learning and Activity Centre for patients at the hospital, and providing financial and material support

Refurbishing of Ward 3 to accommodate Burns and Plastic surgery unit

Established multi-denominational chapel, St. Mary the Virgin, at the Hospital

Donation of a fifteen-seater bus for the transportation of Hospital staff

In association with Kiwanis Club of North St. Andrew, construction of a Hostel with 12 studio apartments for nurses and specialist staff
